Phones are annoying for everyone: for you, because it’s difficult to get through to us, and for us, because they’re constantly ringing!

That’s why we’ve now set up an additional service, which has been quite successful after the first few weeks:

 

Using the chat function of the “PraxisApp Meine pädiatrische Praxis” app, which you can download for free from the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/de/app/meine-p%C3%A4diatrische-praxis/id921469943) or Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com. monks.praxis_app.kin&hl=de), you can now send us messages.

 

Please note: For the time being, this service is only intended for you to

• Order repeat prescriptions, repeat “Verordnungen” (logo, physio, ergo), and repeat “Überweisungen”. Important: We must already have scanned your insurance card for the current quarter.
• Cancel existing appointments.
• Ask general medical questions.

The chat function is not (yet) intended for ACUTE medical questions or appointment scheduling – please continue to use the good old telephone (0228 22 32 35) and, if necessary, the mobile number for URGENT cases (0162 93 84 992)!
Our goal is to respond to chats within one to two business days.
